COURSE OPEN

If the reservation is cancelled on the day of play, it will be treated as a No-Show and charged accordingly. Once the customer agrees to play, no refunds, vouchers or compensation will be provided.

COURSE CLOSED

No reservation fee will be charged, and the booking may be rescheduled to another date.

PLAY SUSPENDED

In the event of a storm, play will be suspended. If the round cannot be completed, a voucher will be issued, valid for 7 days from the original booking date. The full booking amount will still be charged on the day to the tour operator/agency/public.
